Beautifully pressed with a dark oily wrapper and neat cap. It burns and draws consistently well, maintaining an herbal character, yet imparting plenty of cocoa powder and nutty flavors.

Issue: Cigar Aficionado: Oct 01, 2008 | Score: 92

Pressed and dark with a draw that delivers substantial smoke. The flavors are rich and complex with leather, nuts, black cherry and a balancing spiciness that resonates on the palate.

A supple, box-pressed cigar that draws very well. It is profoundly woody and leathery complemented by spicy, chewy notes that lead to a sweet liqueur finish.
