A savory, leathery-tasting smoke with touches of honey and a slightly charry finish. It draws and burns evenly throughout.

Issue: Cigar Aficionado: Jun 01, 2012 | Score: 89

Though dark and gnarly with a sloppy cap, the draw and burn are dead even. Slight nougat and berry notes are joined by minerals and earthiness. Medium bodied.

Issue: Cigar Aficionado: Jun 01, 2010 | Score: 88

A big, dark cigar with substantial oils to the wrapper but a roughly applied cap. Coffee notes and sweet wood flavors become slightly wheaty and floral on the finish.
