Ashton Virgin Sun Growns (or Ashton VSGs, as they are also known) are consistently superior cigars. Dark and hearty, these are cigars with a strength meant for seasoned smokers. The VSG was the first cigar to really brag about its power, and one of the best-rated cigars to wear an Ecuadoran Sumatra-seed wrapper leaf. The Eclipse, a corona gorda, is the newest size in the line. The thick, oily smoke has notes of ground coffee. It's been on the market since January 2010, and it was the first standard toro in the line, as well as the first VSG offered in a tube. The Eclipse is also a round cigar—most VSGs are box pressed.
