Beautifully box-pressed with an oily wrapper and perfectly tapered shoulders. It’s sweet and earthy with nutmeg and caramel flavors the build to a woody finish.

Rocky Patel enjoys marking anniversaries. When his cigar company turned 10 years old, he released the Rocky Patel Decade, remarking that few thought his company would last 10 years. He is celebrating a new milestone, and in July 2010 he released the Rocky Patel 15th Anniversary line. The cigars are made in Nicaragua, something new for him. Patel owns part of this cigar factory, which operates much like a fabrica in Little Havana or Cuba proper, making cigars with two binder leaves and finishing the heads with triple-seam caps. They are delicious smokes, none finer than the Toro, which is nutty and rich, with lots of hickory flavor on the palate.
