Cohiba Serie M Gets A Large New Size

General Cigar Co. is adding a big new size to its Cohiba Serie M brand, which is made at the El Titan de Bronze factory in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. Called Prominente, the cigar measures 7 inches long by 50 ring gauge and features the same flagtail cap and closed foot of the previous releases.
The new smoke will be heading to retailers next month and consists of a Nicaragua Corojo wrapper, two Nicaraguan binders and a filler blend of Dominican Piloto Cubano and Nicaraguan leaves from the Jalapa and Estelí regions.
Shipping in boxes of 10, the Cohiba Serie M Prominente has a suggested retail price of $29.99 per cigar or $299.90 per box (before taxes). Only 4,000 boxes are being produced.
When The Serie M was first released as a Toro in 2021, it marked the first time that General ever produced a Cohiba in the United States. Last year, General came out with another size, and the upcoming Prominente will bring the brand up to three vitolas.
According to the company, the cigars are medium-to-full in body.
