Viaje Releases Second In Craft Series: For The Love Of The Leaf
As a follow-up to the Viaje Craft Series, which debuted in April with Bales on Bales, Viaje has shipped the second release from the series: For the Love of the Leaf.
It’s a 6 inch by 52 ring gauge Toro made in Nicaragua at the Aganorsa Leaf factory (also known as TABSA). According to Viaje, all the tobacco in the blend is from Nicaragua grown by Aganorsa, save for the wrapper, which is Mexican San Andrés.
When asked about the name, brand owner Andre Farkas responded: “If you don’t truly love tobacco, you couldn’t survive in this industry with all its adversity.”
The Craft Series For the Love of the Leaf comes in 10-count boxes, of which only 1,000 were produced. While Farkas told Cigar Aficionado that more Craft Series cigars are planned for the future, he confirmed that there won’t be any more for the remainder of the year.
