The new Cohiba Royale is starting to show up in stores, and it’s not only said to be the most full-bodied, non-Cuban Cohiba to date, but also the first to ever be rolled in Honduras.

Rolled in Danlí at General Cigar Co.’s Honduras American Tobacco S.A. (HATSA) factory, Cohiba Royale is a three-country blend that begins with a sungrown wrapper leaf from Nicaragua’s Jalapa Valley. Inside is a Dominican Piloto binder that holds a filler of tobacco from Honduras and Nicaragua.

General Cigar says that each leaf in the blend has been aged from five to six years. The result is a smoke that is the company’s strongest Cohiba to date.

Cohiba Royale comes in three sizes that all are 50 ring gauge or thicker and they’re not cheap: the Gran Royale, measuring 4 1/2 inches by 52 ring gauge ($23.99); Robusto Royale, 5 1/2 by 54 ($25.99); Toro Royale, 6 by 50 ($28.99).

All three sizes come in either five- or 10-count boxes.
