My Favorite Cigar

Davidoff Escurio Gran Toro
Barack Obama said that if his hometown Bears won the NFC title in 2010, he’d watch them in the Super Bowl. He wouldn’t watch their rivals, the Green Bay Packers. Defensive back Charles Woodson, 13-year veteran and leader of the Pack, sent the 44th president a jersey saying, “See you at the White House.”
His prediction came to pass. The Packers topped the Steelers and, as tradition dictates, Obama welcomed the winners at the presidential mansion. Woodson didn’t smoke, however. “I don’t typically have celebratory cigars.” He smokes on the links with friends in Orlando. “I smoke [Davidoff] Escurio. Also, Liga Privada.” It takes dexterity to golf and smoke, no? He laughs. “You put it down. And pick it back up. They have all these great gadgets where you can hang a little holder on your golf cart.”
A current analyst for Fox NFL Kickoff, Woodson has his own wine, called Intercept. He ranks making the Hall of Fame as his greatest feat. His second? Winning Super Bowl XLV. Third is being the only exclusive defender to win the Heisman.
