Mini H. Upmann Nicaragua By A.J. Fernandez Coming In June

If you’re a fan of H. Upmann Nicaragua by A.J. Fernandez cigars but don’t have time for a Churchill, toro or even a robusto, Altadis U.S.A. will be releasing a tin of petit Papi cigars in late-June.
Measuring 4 inches by 38 ring gauge, these little smokes are made with the same blend as the rest of the line, only scaled down to accommodate the smaller size. The blend consists of an Ecuadoran Sumatra wrapper, Nicaraguan Corojo '99 binder and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
Unlike cigarillos, which are made by machine, Papis are long-filler cigars constructed by hand like any other premium cigar.
The Papis come packaged in handy, six-count tins ($23.10) and are produced for Altadis U.S.A. at A.J. Fernandez’s namesake factory in Nicaragua.
They should be available in stores before the IPCPR trade show.
