Milwaukee Bucks Celebrate NBA Finals Victory With Cigars

After losing two straight games to the Phoenix Suns to start the NBA Finals, the Milwaukee Bucks ran four straight wins to take home the Larry O’Brien Championship trophy for the second time. To celebrate, as most champions do, the team smoked up some Cuban Romeo y Julieta Wide Churchills while spraying Champagne in the locker room.
Two-time league MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo was the main distributor of the Cuban smokes. The ‘Greek Freak’, who put up 50 points which tied the 6th most in NBA Finals history, can be seen across the internet smoking a Romeo while doling out the smokes with an open box. You can see the video below:
The six-foot-eleven, 242-pound all-star had long-awaited his first championship. After facing criticism for not joining a “Super Team,” the Greek baller saw help from Khris Middleton, Jrue Holiday, Bobby Portis and more to take down the Phoenix Suns in a 105 to 98 victory.
The win was certainly not the first time a championship team smoked up. In the fall, the Tampa Bay Bucs smoked up with Tom Brady at the helm, and some of the greatest champions like Michael Jordan and Lebron James have lit up in the past as well.
Congratulations to the Milwaukee Bucks on winning it all and in choosing some premium smokes to light up. Here’s another video of the Finals MVP rocking the Cuban at the post-game celebration:
