Remember astronaut ice cream, the freeze-dried dessert that seemingly every child who’s ever visited a science museum has sampled at one point or another? Well it appears Omar de Frias, owner of Fratello Cigars, certainly remembers, as he set to debut a unique four-pack of cigars in packaging that resembles the shiny foil housing of the debatably tasty treat of our youth.

The new Space Fresh Pack will contain four cigars: two existing blends and two new cigars. All of the cigars will measure 6 inches by 50 ring gauge, and the four-pack will retail for $25.

Inside will be toro-sized smokes of Fratello Classico, a new format, and the existing Fratello Bianco II. Alongside these will be two new blends: Sorella and Arlequin.

Sorella is rolled with Indonesian binder, filler from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic, and is covered in a Ecuador Habano wrapper.

Arlequin wears a dark, Mexican wrapper and uses Ecuadoran binder with filler tobaccos from Peru and Nicaragua.

According to de Frias, the new blends will serve as market research to help him decide in which direction to expand his product offerings.
