The dates for this year’s Barn Smoker events by Drew Estate have been set. Now in its sixth year running, the Barn Smokers will start in May and run through October at tobacco farms in Florida, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Kentucky and Louisiana.

Created by Drew Estate co-founder Jonathan Drew in 2014, the Barn Smoker is a series of celebratory and educational events intended to bring cigar lovers together to smoke, drink and learn more about the craft of cigar making. Each of the five locations will include talks that highlight the history of tobacco-growing and the varietals that hail from each region.

The dates and locations of Drew Estate’s 2020 Barn Smokers are:

  • May 16: Florida Barn Smoker in Clermont, FL
  • July 25: Pennsylvania Barn Smoker in Strasburg, PA
  • August 8: Connecticut Barn Smoker in South Windsor, CT
  • September 26: Kentucky Barn Smoker in Hopkinsville, KY
  • October 24: Louisiana Barn Smoker in Convent, LA

A standard admission ticket includes a fully catered meal, liquor tastings and a voucher to purchase 10 cigars for the price of $10.00.

Tickets are also available with various tiers that include exclusive merchandise and special access. The VIP Experience Ticket, which is already sold out for each of the five events, includes an invitation to an intimate dinner hosted by Jonathan Drew, Willy Herrera, Pedro Gomez and the entire Drew Estate team, three rare Drew Estate cigars and more. The VIP Swag Ticket comes with exclusive Barn Smoker merchandise.

This year will also feature an “All-Star” program, where guests can purchase tickets for all five Barn Smoker events at a discounted rate and will receive a unique Barn Smoker Challenge Coin Set, including a Master Coin only available to Barn Smoker “All-Stars.” The Master Coin allows guests who attend next year’s Barn Smokers to receive special discounts and benefits.

The Barn Smoker events also raises awareness for Cigar for Warriors, a charity that provides premium cigars and accessories for US troops in active service. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the events to raise money for the organization.
