You know that disappointing cigar that left a bad taste in your mouth? The one you only puffed a few times before letting it fizzle out in your ashtray? Well, inveterate humidor and cigarmaker Daniel Marshall wants it, and in exchange he’ll send you one of his own smokes.
Similar to Marshall’s popular “Cash For Clunkers” humidor program that he ran earlier this year, Cash for Cigar Clunkers allows customers to “trade in” cigars they don’t enjoy for one of his DM Red Label smokes.
To participate, customers fill out a form at Marshall’s website to request a prepaid mailing label. Once they receive the label, customers then return their “clunker” cigars to Marshall, who will provide customers with a $2 voucher for each bad cigar to be used towards the purchase of one of his DM Red Label cigars. The cigar will be sent to customers via an nearby appointed cigar merchant.
According to Marshall, the offer is limited to the first 200 customers. For more information, visit danielmarshall.com.
