Royal Agio Cigars, best known for its Balmoral Añejo XO cigar brands, has started shipping a new entry in its premium, handmade series called Balmoral Añejo XO Nicaragua. This is the fourth cigar in the Añejo XO lineup, following the Añejo XO Connecticut, Añejo XO Oscuro and the original Añejo XO.
The Añejo XO Nicaragua consists of a Nicaraguan Habano wrapper, Brazilian Cubra binder and filler leaf from Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic and Brazil. It comes in five sizes: Torpedo Mk52, at 6 1/4 inches by 52 ring ($11.25); Gran Toro, at 6 by 52 ($10.50); Rothschild Masivo, 5 by 55 ($9.75); Corona 5 7/8 by 42 ($9.00); and Petit Robusto FT, 4 1/4 by 48 ($8.50).
Like the other Balmoral Añejo XO cigars, Añejo XO Nicaragua is made at the Agio Caribbean Tobacco Company factory in San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic.
