Avo Improvisation is back on stage. Called Avo Improvisation LE19, the seventh installment in the musically-themed cigar series, is headed to retailers March 22, which was Avo Uvezian’s birthday.
The Avo Improvisation series riffs off of design elements and tobacco blends from previous Avo releases, for new “improvisations” on older Avo themes.
LE19 is rolled with an Ecuadoran wrapper, Dominican binder and filler tobacco from the Dominican Republic and Peru. It measures 6 inches by 52 ring gauge and is presented in a box-pressed format.
Playing off the “improvisation” theme, LE19’s borrows its box-pressed format from the Avo Improvisation LE17, the first pressed cigar in the series.
The cigar ships in 20-count boxes and retails for $15. The inside of each box is designed to look like a cigar mold, with wooden slats separating individual cigars.
Only 2,500 boxes of Avo Improvisation LE19 will be released for the U.S. market.
