Attend A Super Bowl Cigar Party With NFL Legends
Next Thursday, February 9, NFL fans have the chance to share a cigar with gridiron stars, past and present. The 13th Annual Ditka & Jaws Cigars With The Stars event in Phoenix will host a bevy of NFL greats in a cigar-filled evening that precedes Super Bowl weekend.
The event will be hosted by the retired, long-time NFL quarterback Ron Jaworski and Hall of Fame linebacker Brian Urlacher. Proceeds will be used to support two charity organizations, Jaws Youth Playbook and Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund. The former focuses on promoting the health and wellness of at-risk youth in the Greater Philadelphia region, whereas the latter supports retired NFL players in need of physical, mental and general well-being assistance.
Cigars With The Stars is a kickoff party to the Super Bowl, as this traveling celebration takes place each year in the same location as the big game. Super Bowl LVII, between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs, will take place February 12 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. This event will be hosted just a short drive away from the stadium, at the Hilton Phoenix Resort. The festivities begin at 8 pm and are slated to conclude by midnight. Limited tickets and sponsorship packages are still available. With the purchase of a ticket, guests will be treated to cigars (of course), an open bar, live music and an array of appetizers. There will also be an opportunity to take part in a silent auction where sports memorabilia will be up for grabs.
What’s even better, is there won’t just be a couple of NFL stars, there’s a long list of current and past gridiron legends scheduled to attend. There will be a number of Hall of Famers present, including Jim Kelly, Michael Irvin, Kurt Warner, Dick Butkus, Eric Dickerson and more. Plus, current NFL stars such as Maxx Crosby, Leonard Fournette, Geno Smith, Cam Jordan and Najee Harris, to name a few.
The open bar will feature a selection of big-name spirits, including Don Julio, Johnnie Walker, Ketel One, Crown Royal and much more. Attendees can also expect cigars from Arturo Fuente, Rocky Patel, Oliva, Epic Cigars, Cohiba and Revenant.
