Alec Bradley Nica Puro Diamond Returns for Third Run

Is it square-shaped, or is it diamond-shaped? No matter how you view it, the limited-edition Nica Puro Diamond Rough Cut from Alec Bradley is back to show off its signature sharply pressed shape that's achieved with a special cigar mold.

"This is the third limited release of Alec Bradley Nica Puro Diamond since we first introduced this exclusive variation of Nica Puro in 2014," said Alan Rubin, owner of Alec Bradley Cigars, in a statement.

As its name suggests, Nica Puro Diamond is rolled with only Nicaraguan tobaccos. Slightly tweaked from the original Nica Puro blend, the Diamond-shaped cigar is said to contain an extra filler leaf. Measuring 6 1/4 inches by 54 ring, Nica Puro Diamond ships in 16-count boxes and is priced at $8.50 a cigar, with only 1,500 boxes shipping to retailers.

Alec Bradley Nica Puro Diamond is rolled in Nicaragua at Plasencia Cigars S.A. and will arrive at retailers later this month.
