Padrón Anniversary Event at Grand Havana
David Savona
Posted: August 20, 2010
Cigar smokers in the New York area have a rare opportunity to smoke Padrón Family Reserve cigars alongside the men who make them, in a posh cigar lounge typically open only to members.
On Tuesday, September 7, José Orlando Padrón and Jorge Padrón will be the featured guests at the Grand Havana Room in Manhattan for an evening of Padrón Family Reserve cigars. The event will be the official launch of the Padrón Family Reserve No. 46, marking the company's 46th year of making cigars.
The event runs from 7 to 10 pm, and features hors d'oeuvres, an open bar and three cigars: the Padrón Family Reserve No. 44, Padrón Family Reserve No. 45 and the new Padrón Family Reserve No. 46. The cigars are among the most expensive made by the Padróns.
The price is $250 per person, all-inclusive.
