The Cohiba Atmosphere is the first members-only cigar club created by the Pacific Cigar Co., the official Habanos distributor for the Asia Pacific region.
The 1,200-square-foot art deco lounge, which opened July, features a walk-in humidor stocked with Cuban cigars, full bar service and 110 humidified and temperature-controlled lockers. There is also a 700-square-foot rooftop garden for smoking al fresco. A VIP room equipped with flat-panel televisions and wireless Internet service can be pre-booked by club members.
The Cohiba Atmosphere is licensed by Habanos S.A., the worldwide distributor of Cuban cigars, and is part of the Pacific Cigar Company's effort to provide smoking asylum for aficionados in Hong Kong, where a smoking ban has been in effect for a little over a year.
