Charlotte Voisey's Mad For Scotland Recipes

Tart n' Sand

4 Luxardo Maresca Cherries 3/4 oz Glenfiddich 12 3/4 oz Solerno 3/4 oz Lillet Rouge 1/2 oz pink grapefruit juice 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice 2 dashes orange bitters

Muddle cherries, add Glenfiddich and other ingredients and shake well. Serve up in a cocktail glass. Finish with a flamed orange twist.

Glenfiddich Plaid Hatter

2 large spoons Scottish Thick Cut Orange & Fig Marmalade 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz simple syrup 2 oz Glenfiddich 12 1 dash Angostura bitters

Combine ingredients and shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with half a fresh fig.

Glenfiddich Spiced to Kilt

2 oz Glenfiddich 12 1 oz fresh pressed, cloudy apple juice 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz spiced simple syrup

Combine ingredients and shake well. Serve over fresh ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with apple fan and freshly ground nutmeg.
