Garcias Expand Tabacos Baez
David Savona
Posted: March 23, 2010
My Father Cigars Inc. has expanded its Tabacos Baez line. The Tabacos Baez Series H was first introduced at the Las Vegas and New York Big Smokes last fall, and is now heading to cigar stores.
The name Baez refers to the small town in Cuba where My Father Cigar principals Jose "Pepin" Garcia and his son Jaime were born.
The cigars are made with Nicaraguan binder and filler wrapped in Ecuadoran wrappers grown from Habano seed. The Garcias call the cigars "medium plus bodied."
