Oliva, CertiFresh Cigar Partner Up

Oliva Cigar Co. has announced it will produce the retail display boxes for CertiFresh Cigar, a company that distributes premium cigars to some of the most prestigious golf courses, including Bandon Dunes and Coeur d'Alene.
The custom-made displays are solid mahogany and prominently feature the Oliva logo on the front and CertiFresh Cigar art under the lid. According to Geoff Stiles, national sales manager for CertiFresh, the partnership was a natural fit because Oliva was one of the company's best-selling brands.
The displays can hold up to 40 cigars, each individually sealed in a CertiFresh sleeve that holds a Humidipak insert, so the smoke stays fresh.
CertiFresh supplies more than 450 golf courses in the United States, including The Dunes Golf and Beach club in Myrtle Beach and the Rock Barn Golf Club in North Carolina. The company says it only distributes cigars that have been rated 87 points or higher by Cigar Aficionado.
