If you are not inspired to splurge on a Revelation as if the apocalypse is nigh, or have ominous reservations about stealing one, there is a third option: drink it. A new Martini variation of the same name was created by Bombay Sapphire brand ambassador and mixologist Merlin Griffiths for this release.
Bombay Sapphire Revelation Cocktail
1.5 parts Bombay Sapphire
0.5 part St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
2 drops rose water
1 part chilled mineral water
Rose petal garnish is optional
Add ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice cubes until sufficiently chilled. Strain into chilled glass, sip gingerly and pray that when all five decanters are purchased, the world does not come to an end.
