Notes: Dark fruit, nutmeg and black pepper in the nose, with a hint of apple peel. Full-bodied palate with complex earthy flavors of raisins and chocolate.

Murphy's Irish Stout

Thomas Hardy's Ale 1994 & 1986

Notes: Powerful aroma of deep, musty malt, molasses, maple syrup and fruit. The 1994 bottling had a sweet, unmarried fruity palate; the 1986 was a masterpiece of Madeira, honey, bread crust, chocolate, vanilla and plums--magical.
