After a year-and-a-half-long legal battle, A. Fuente's feud with United Tobacco is over.
United Tobacco signed a consent order on May 25 agreeing to cease using the name SeriesX on any of its products. The company also admitted that it infringed on Fuente's Fuente Fuente OpusX trademark, and agreed to withdraw its pending SeriesX trademark.
