Prometheus Limited Edition Hammer X

In the same vein that Toyota made Lexus and Nissan made Infiniti, Prometheus International Inc. has crafted the Limited Edition Hammer X lighter by taking the company's standard design, beefing it up and adding some "bling-bling."

Like the standard Hammer lighter, the Hammer X has an adjustable jet-turbo flame, a fuel monitoring window and a more stocky, weighted feel. Unlike the regular Hammer, the X has a built-in punch cutter on the bottom and is a bit bigger. In addition, borrowing from the company's 2002 Fuente Fuente OpusX lighters, the X has a black crystal lacquer trim, which lends an almost mirror finish.

Only 500 Hammer X lighters were produced -- 450 plated in silver and 50 plated in gold. Each lighter comes with a leather carrying case, a serial number and a certificate of authenticity.

The Limited Edition Hammer X lighter retails for $195 and is available at fine tobacconists.
