Perdomo Marks Two Decades with Anniversary Cigar

Tabacalera Perdomo turned 20 this year and is celebrating with its Perdomo 20th Anniversary line of cigars—Nicaraguan puros featuring bourbon barrel-aged wrappers and thick ring gauges.

The cigars use mostly high-priming tobacco grown on Perdomo’s farms in Estelí, Condega and Jalapa, and come in two wrapper varieties: Cuban-seed sun grown or Cuban-seed maduro, both of which are made at Tabacalera Perdomo in Nicaragua.

“Our family has been truly blessed over the years with a loyal and dedicated staff both in Nicaragua and the United States,” said brand and company owner Nick Perdomo Jr. “We are extremely grateful to the retailers and consumers who supported us through the years and continue to share our enthusiasm and passion for our premium hand-made cigars.”

The semi-box-pressed line comes in five sizes: Robusto (5 inches by 56 ring, Epicure (6 by 56), Torpedo (6 1/2 by 54), Gordo (6 by 60) and Churchill (7 by 56). They retail in the $8.00 to $10.00 range and should start shipping to retail shops around mid-September.
