Cigars Stored in Low Temps?
While the relative humidity of my desktop humidor is about 69 percent, the temperature remains at a constant 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Is this too low? Will it negatively affect my cigars?

60 degrees won't hurt your cigars at all.
So long as you're keeping your humidity steady (69 percent is just right) you need not worry about a slightly lower temperature.
Lower temperatures protect against tobacco beetle outbreaks. The biggest problem with keeping cigars in a very cool environment is that cooler temperatures make it harder to humidify, one reason why a refrigerator is a poor place to store cigars.
