Fuente Adds New Añejo Size

For the first time in nine years, the Fuente family has added a size to its Arturo Fuente Añejo line: The Reserva No. 60. It measures 6 1/4 inches by 48 ring, sharing its parameters with the Fuente Fuente OpusX PerfecXion X.

"Because the PerfecXion X is the most sought-after size in the Fuente Fuente OpusX line, we decided to offer it in the Añejo line," said Carlos "Carlito" Fuente Jr. "It's the first new release in many, many years."

When the Añejo line first debuted in 2000, it came in five sizes. Shortly after, a sixth size, (the unorthodox No. 77 Shark) was released. The entire Añejo line ships to retailers twice a year on a very limited basis-usually around Father's Day and Christmas time. Retailer allotments are limited to only a few boxes of whichever sizes are available.

These sticks have NOT been offered on Father's Day for quite some time

Hi Mark,
Both Carlito Fuente and Wayne Suarez of Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia. both confirmed that the cigar is in fact offered around Father's Day, but keep in mind that not every shop gets an allotment, so perhaps your area only sees them during the December Holidays.

My locals on Long Island have had them in on Fathers day and each year more boxes and sizes seem to be made available. Get in touch for shop info if you need it Mark.

I must tell you guys that the shops I frequent

Barclay Rex Delaconcha in NYC and Maxis Cigar Lounge in Franklin Square haven't had father's day offerings in quite some time. I'll have to do more investigating when June comes around Thanks guys

It's nice to see a new size that isn't a monster 60 ring gaugue for a change. This one sounds perfect for me. Can't wait to try one!

I have one sitting in my humidor from the holidays. Note these are 48 ring gauge and called 60s
