Macanudo Millionaire Contest Winner Named

General Cigar Co. has announced Dan Newman has won the Macanudo Millionaire contest and the chance to become a millionaire during an all-expense paid trip to the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Newman, of Ohio, won the essay contest with his submission titled "Pursuit of Happiness" and will be flying with three guests to Las Vegas this upcoming weekend.

On November 13 (the same night as Cigar Aficionado's Big Smoke), Newman will sit down at a poker table with his three friends in the Playboy Club at the Palms Casino Resort, where they will be joined by three other lucky winners who were selected by national cigar catalog retailers.

Should any of the participants be lucky enough to be dealt a straight flush, Newman will win a cool $1 million and the other players will split $1 million.
