The Fuente Fuente OpusX is a dynamo. It's been on the market for a decade, yet the Fuente family
still cannot meet the demand for the smokes, which are often sold for many times the suggested
retail price. Last year, the Fuente Fuente OpusX Double Corona was our Cigar of the Year, which
did little to diminish the demand. This year, we rated the slightly smaller Reserva d'Chateau, a 7
by 48 Churchill. Like all Fuente Fuente OpusX cigars, the Reserva d'Chateaus are a rare find,
powered by a shade-grown, Cuban-seed wrapper from Chateau de la Fuente. The cigars are
full bodied and brimming with complex, powerful flavors ideally suited for after a large meal.
Like virtually everything crafted by Fuente, the construction is impeccable.
