NKAIA is Headquarters of the International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) Joint Command (IJC). The group of people shown in the photo are all big fans of Cigar Aficionado magazine and are avid cigar smokers. Collectively as a group, our favorite cigar is the Montecristo #2's. The individuals in the photo are all part of the 335th Signal Command. From left to right, Colonel John Hamlette, Staff Sergeant, Kevin Stovall, Colonel Garrett Yee, Captain Felix Torres and SAIC Contractor Juan Toves.")
