Q. Why should I register with CigarAficionado.com?
A. Registering will give you access to a number of benefits, including:

  • Comment on all our stories.

Q. How do I register with CigarAficionado.com?

Q. I think am registered with CigarAficionado.com, but I can't access the Cigar Insider.
A. If you’re having trouble logging in to your CigarAficionado.com account, you can click here to reset your password. Still having trouble viewing the ratings? Click here.

The Cigar Insider newsletter is a completely separate subscription. Click here to subscribe.

Q. How can I contact CigarAficionado.com regarding problems?
A. Send an email to customer service. Customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST. If possible, please include your password and the email address we have on file in your email. We will try to respond to your email request within 2 business days.

Q. How do I change my email address and/or password?

Q. How do I subscribe to Cigar Insider?
A. Cigar Insider is an e-newsletter from the editors of Cigar Aficionado, published twice a month. Click here to subscribe.

Q. I am registered with CigarAficionado.com, but I can't access the Cigar Insider.
A. Cigar Insider newsletter is a separate subscription. You can click here to subscribe. You will receive an email notification when each issue (twice a month) is available. 

Q. I am not getting my email alerts telling me when the latest Cigar Insider is live.
A.
Make sure that we have your correct email address by updating your email preferences here. If you are signed up and still not receiving the emails, it is likely that our email notifications are being blocked by your personal email settings, or by your email service provider through some sort of spam filter. Unfortunately, reputable, opt-in mailers such as ourselves are often lumped together with spammers as internet services providers attempt to curb the spam epidemic. Please try adjusting the security settings on your PC and/or please contact your email service provider to have them modify their security settings so that you can continue to receive the email notification (from cigaraficionado_com_@xmr3.com).

Q. I received an email that Cigar Insider was available. I clicked the link and Adobe Acrobat doesn't launch. How do I view the document?
A. Make sure that you have the Adobe Acrobat plug-in properly installed for your browser. If you aren't familiar with installing plug-ins for your browser, please visit Adobe's support page. If you continue to have problems, email us at caonline@mshanken.com.

Q. When printing the document, the fonts don't look right, or the text is misaligned on the printed pages. How do I print the document properly?
A. If you're using Windows, you can click "print as image" on your "Print" options box. Mac users should set their Adobe Acrobat print preferences to "print as an image."

Q. How do I change my email address?
A. You can manage your account and change your email address by going to our Customer Care page.

Q. I would like to cancel my Cigar Insider subscription.
A.You can cancel your account by calling 800-601-9463 or email ISOcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com. Your access to the site will expire at the end of the month. You will receive a credit on the unused portion of your service.
