Gale: Last month, I cooked and taught a cooking class at the Wine Spectator Grand Award–winning Blackberry Farm in Tennessee. I did a wine pairing dinner with German wine distributor Rudi Wiest and it was, well, memorable. Read more


My Ongoing Wine Education

Rick: In my Italian-American, blue-collar New York family, Italian wines were always very approachable, even humble. We couldn’t afford French, German or Spanish wines. For us, wine was part of the general celebration of Sunday, made by our grandfather in his basement. Read more
