BEAUMONT DES CRAYČRES Brut Blanc de Noirs Champagne Fleur Noire 2002 (92 points, $45)

On the dry side and crisp, yet with fine intensity to its cherry, currant and ginger flavors. It has a firm structure, rich texture and borders on full-bodied. Nice dried berry aftertaste. Drink now through 2012. 4,000 cases made.
