Tiny Padilla Hits Market

Posted: Thursday, May 24, 2007

By David Savona

Ernesto Padilla
Boutique cigar company Padilla Cigars has created a tiny smoke. “It’s the smallest size we’ve ever made,” said Ernesto Padilla, president of the Miami company, maker of the Padilla Signature 1932 La Perla. The 4 1/2-inch-long, 40-ring-gauge smokes come in cabinets of 50 cigars. They are made entirely of Nicaraguan tobacco, and are sold without cigar bands.
