Padrón Opens New Headquarters

Posted: Thursday, July 22, 2004

By David Savona

Padrón Cigars has moved into its posh new office space in Little Havana, Miami. The move is only one part of a busy year for the company, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary.

Next week in Las Vegas, at the Retail Tobacco Dealers of America trade show, the company is unveiling a new cigar, the Padrón 6000, a torpedo that will be available in natural or maduro wrapper. And soon the Padróns will release their limited-edition 40th Anniversary cigar, an extension to the company's Serie 1926 line.

Both Padrón 6000s are being rated in the July 27 Cigar Insider, which will be available Tuesday. The issue also has more information on the cigar.
