Alan Rubin

Alec Bradley
Alec Bradley Tempus Genesis

"Right now I'm gravitating towards the lancero and corona sizes," says Alan Rubin, who named his Alec Bradley cigar company after his two sons. "I think the lancero is elegant and, with the right blend, can be a very satisfying cigar. When I'm smoking for my personal pleasure, I like the 40- to 46-ring cigars. I think the predominance of the wrapper is more evident in the smaller ring gauges."
