"My favorite size is the double robusto [5 inches by 54 ring]," says Jose Oliva, vice president of Oliva Cigar Co. "It delivers a solid, dense smoking experience. I like the fact that it develops quicker than the longer cigars." Oliva's family makes cigars in Nicaragua, working primarily with locally grown tobaccos. "As a specialty size I like the lancero," he adds. "When a wrapper is especially rich, you can really enjoy it by smoking a lancero because of the wrapper-to-filler ratio."
